This is a 40' MCI7 coach. It has been owned the last 30 years by one person. Wheels have stainless steel King hubcaps. There are two NEW front tires with less than 20 miles. Tons of storage both inside and under 2 bays. All batteries are new.

Stainless steel body. Three underbays. First two are totally for storage. Third bay holds generator, water heater, and tanks. Carefree acrylic awnings. There are two 30' hand painted murals on each side of bus. Passenger side is mountain scene including bears and train. Driver's side is desert including little gold miner and donkey.

Engine is 318 Detroit 8V71. It has a 4 speed manual transmission. Built in 45 gal. propane tank. Water heater is 6 gal propane/110 service. There is an 80 gal fresh water tank plus a 40 gal grey water tank and 40 gal black water tank. 25,000 Out of frame major.
